Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a valid and binding agreement between the user ("Member") and 12malay ("Platform"), operating under international licensing. These terms govern the use of all services provided by 12malay, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker, and live betting.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are registering in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of another party;

• You are registering only one account and do not have any other active account at 12malay;

12malay reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. This process may require a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents to ensure compliance with age requirements and account verification.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account at any one time. Attempts to register multiple accounts, whether using different information or other methods, constitute a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Members are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their account username and password confidential;
• Ensuring no other party accesses their account;
• Notifying 12malay immediately in the event of unauthorised access;
• Updating personal information when changes occur.

12malay is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a member's failure to protect their login credentials. Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform may result in account restriction.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 12malay platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request;
• Withdrawal processing time: within less than one hour for verified requests;
• Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Before any withdrawal is approved, the account must have completed all wagering requirements associated with bonuses received. 12malay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for investigation purposes if there is suspicious activity.

All deposits made to a 12malay account are final. No additional charges are imposed by the platform for standard transactions, however charges by the payment provider may apply depending on the method chosen.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

12malay offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement that must be met is 25 times the value of the bonus received.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

Each promotion has an expiry period stated in its respective promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically. 12malay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Account fraud or false identity;
• Use of automated software or bots to play;
• Bonus abuse through manipulative betting strategies;
• Suspicious financial transactions or money laundering;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Any form of hacking, software modification, or system interference.

Breaching any of the above rules will result in immediate account termination, seizure of all balances and bonuses, and if necessary, legal action. 12malay cooperates fully with the authorities in investigations related to illegal activity.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
